Working principle

Firstly, the loader feeds raw materials such as sand and stones into the hopper of the PL1200 batching machine, and the ingredients are measured by an electronic meter according to the computer formula, which can also be randomly adjusted. After measurement, the material is transported by a conveyor to the JS750 mixer lifting hopper, while cement and fly ash are transported by a screw conveyor to the measuring device for measurement and then sent to the mixing chamber. Water is also added according to the water cement ratio, and after mixing for about 3 minutes, the material is transported by an 8-meter belt conveyor to the QT10-15 brick making machine storage hopper. Then, the fabric cart sends the material above the mold, and the fabric shaft rotates to forcefully feed the material into the mold box by centrifugal force. After the fabric is completed, the fabric cart retracts, and the pressure head descends while starting the vibrator to vibrate and pressurize the material. After forming, the mold box is lifted to extrude the product, and the feeding plate pushes the product to the brick feeding machine. After being cleaned by the brick surface cleaner, it is sent to the stacking plate, and finally transported by forklift to the curing room for curing.
