System features of the Zinc Plating Line:

Each group of S rollers adopts a control method (tension type or speed type) that is exquisitely tailored to its function. For S rollers in areas where precise tension control is crucial, such as before and after the coating process, the tension-type control method is employed. Here, load cells are used to measure the tension exerted on the strip, and the control system adjusts the position or pressure of the rollers accordingly to maintain the desired tension. On the other hand, in sections where the focus is more on the smooth conveyance of the strip at a specific speed, like in some transportation segments, the speed-type control method is utilized. Motors driving these S rollers are precisely regulated to rotate at a set speed, ensuring a consistent and efficient movement of the strip through the Galvanizing Machine Line.

The Hot Galvanizing Production Line, a key component in metal processing, efficiently coats steel products with a zinc layer through a hot-dipping process, enhancing their corrosion resistance and durability.
