Pneumatic tensioning seal type automatic strapping machine head

1. Power source

-Electric: AC380V, belt feeding motor 2.2kW, logic motor 1.1kW, reduction ratio 1:120.

-Pneumatic: tensioning cylinder, belt brake cylinder, pinch roller cylinder, buckle pressing cylinder, buckle feeding cylinder.

2. Binding speed

-It takes about 9.8s for the binding machine head to finish one steel strap binding.

3. Connection way

-Sealing connection, max load 200 buckles once.

4. Tensioning force of steel belt

-Max.20000N(Adjustable)

5. Common consumables

-Belt feeding roller, belt cutter, buckle bitting jaws components.

6. The maintenance of entire machine

-Suggest 6 months a minor maintenance, 12 months a major maintenance.

7. Common Maintenance

-According to normal equipment standards.

8. Specifications of steel belt

-Width: 19/25/32mm; thickness: 0.8~1.2mm.

-Super high temperature, normal temperature, low temperature, and all kinds of complicated environment.

-Hot-rolled coil/plate, high strength steel, cold-rolled coils, steel ingots, super heavy pipe piles.
