Black Liquor Filter For Paper Making

Description:

After papermaking raw materials are cooked by alkaline pulping, the black liquor in the pulp must be extracted. It is used for alkali recovery, but no matter what kind of black liquor extraction equipment is used, there are more or less fibers or various residues in black liquor (especially when the filter screen of the extraction equipment is broken or the pipe or the valve is damaged, etc., it may cause more fibers in the black liquor)

During evaporative concentration, these fibers tend to deposit on the tube (plate) wall of the evaporator,Scale the heating tube (plate) and affect the evaporation efficiency. Therefore, before the black liquor is sent to the alkali recovery,the fiber should be removed through the black liquor filtration equipment first, and the fiber content of the black liquor is required to be reduced to below 60 or 40 mg/L to meet the requirements of the evaporation station.
