[Sample Requirements]

1. Sample type for this product: urine

2. Proper collection,transport, storage and processing of specimens 

are the basic requirements for detection.

[Operating Procedure]

1. Take 15 mL of urine, centrifuge at 5000 rpm for 1min and remove the supernatant;

2. Add 1 mL of normal saline (0.9% NaCl) to the precipitate, invert it upside down to mix well and transfer to a 1.5 mL centrifuge tube;

3. Centrifuge at 5000 rpm for 1min and remove the supernatant;

4. invert the Buffer AD upside down to mix well, pipette 50μL into the above 1.5 mL centrifuge tube and place at 100°C for 10mins;

5. Centrifuge at 5000 rpm for 1min, and the supernatant can be used for the next step of detection.
