Manufacturing Process

Material and anti-rust treatment

The main body is made of 304 stainless steel, formed by electrolytic chromium plating process to form 0.8-1.2μm dense coating, corrosion resistance up to salt spray test for more than 96 hours, adapting to the humid environment.

The key load-bearing parts (such as the hook shaft) are built-in stainless steel spring steel, cold forging molding and high-frequency quenching treatment, the hardness is increased to HRC 58-62, to ensure that the long-term load bearing is not deformed.

Precision machining and assembly
