Introduction of the metal baler

This is a 800 ton hydraulic scrap metal baler with automatic forward tilting device. Conventional models with forward turning devices are generally small and medium-sized balers. This 800-ton scrap metal baler is a medium-to-large baler, and it is generally not equipped with a front turning device, but we can customize the design and production according to customer needs.When using it, there is no need for too many operations, only two steps are required. Basically, one package is completed at one time, and it will stop immediately after the package is completed, which is very power-saving. The important thing is that the structure of the baler is relatively compact, and it is more comfortable to use and easy to pack.

Application

This series of metal balers are used to extrude various metal scraps (chips, shavings, scrap steel, scrap aluminum, scrap copper, scrap iron, scrap stainless steel, etc.) into qualified materials of various shapes such as cubes, cylinders, and octagons. It is suitable for scrap processing and distribution centers (bases), scrap car dismantling and remanufacturing enterprises, steel and non-ferrous metal industries.

Workshop

Our Jiangsu Dalongkai Technology Co., Ltd. has 5 workshops. Workshop A is our warehouse workshop, where raw materials such as steel plates and steel pipes are placed. Workshop B is divided into small baler and small shearing machine production area, spare parts processing area, hydraulic station area and spare parts intelligent warehouse. Workshop C is divided into a large baler area and a large gantry shear area. Workshop D is a finishing workshop. E workshop is divided into briquetting machine area, box shear area and equipment maintenance area.
