The chrome plating surface offers low friction coefficient, long service life, and a hard, smooth and bright surface. After heat treatment, repeated destressing, medium frequency quenching, the surface of chrome plated corrugating roll possesses an evenly high harness, which is more than HRC58(HS73 ~ 80).
