PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Polyketone is Environmentally friendly and non-toxic, free of VOCs (volatile organic compounds) and formaldehyde.

Polyketone has 14 times higher anti-abrasion property than that of POM,currently most stiff material. It helps almost permanent use without change.

Generally Nylon has high tensile property but impact strength and elongation is low.POK have good impact strength and elongation ,enough tensile property.

It has excellent “Impact strength”, “Chemical Resistance”, “Anti-abrasion”, Gas barrier”, “Flame retardant”, superior to current engineering plastic.

High crystallinity of Polyketone helps to shorten cycle time.

Application

Automotive Outer Component:Door Checker,Fuel Filler Door,Snow Chain,Wheel Cover,etc

Electrical Applications : Connector & Plug, Switch, Socket, etc.

Gears : ATM, Office Automation(OA), Automotive, etc.

Food conveyor belt,express sorting equipment conveyor belt,water purifier parts，etc.

Other modified Engineering plastics are available too,such as PA6 resins, PA66 resins,PPS resins, etc.
