This aluminum bezel is specially designed for mechanical keyboards and made from 6061-T6 / 6063-T5 aluminum alloy. Lightweight yet remarkably strong, it gives the keyboard a clean, premium metal feel while providing a solid, reliable structural base.

More than just an outer frame, this bezel plays a key role in defining the keyboard’s overall look, feel, and stability. It is precisely machined to support switches, function keys, stabilizers, and optional side display modules, ensuring everything is positioned accurately and stays firmly in place. As a crucial part of the Mechanical Keyboard Case, it ensures durability, while the Aluminum Keyboard Case guarantees a sleek and professional finish. It’s where design, touch, and performance come together.

Processing Technology

Material selection: High-purity aluminum sheets (typically 1.5–2.5 mm thick) are chosen to achieve the ideal balance between strength, durability, and lightweight performance.
CNC cutting and shaping: Using multi-axis CNC machining, the overall form is cut with high precision (±0.05 mm), ensuring compatibility with different keyboard layouts.
Detail machining: Switch openings, screw holes, display cutouts, and mounting structures are milled with strict dimensional control to guarantee a perfect fit for all components.
Surface finishing
- Sandblasting removes surface impurities and creates a smooth, matte texture
- Anodizing forms a protective 8–20 μm layer for improved wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and optional color finishes such as silver, black, or blue
- Edge polishing and chamfering ensures smooth, rounded corners for a comfortable and safe user experience
Final inspection and fitting
Each piece is checked using precision measurement tools. Critical contact points are manually adjusted when needed to ensure easy installation and a secure fit with internal frames, PCBs, and stabilizers.
