The Basic Structure of SPC Flooring

SPC flooring is generally composed of four layers, which are the UV layer, the wear-resistant layer, the printed color film layer, and the base material layer from top to bottom.

After the floor is treated with UV, the surface of the product can resist pollution, effectively absorb ultraviolet rays, enhance wear resistance and impact resistance, have fireproof and flame-retardant properties, be easy to clean, and prolong the service life of the product. The wear-resistant layer makes the floor resistant to wear and scratches and not easy to be abraded. The printed color film layer in the middle makes the texture of the floor realistic, presenting the texture of solid wood, or making the patterns of the floor diverse and personalized. In addition to the above-mentioned layers and the base material layer, we will also add a bottom silent pad, enabling the floor to be installed without glue, reducing vibration and noise, and providing moisture-proofing.e floor resistant to wear and scratches and not easy to be abraded.
