POM sheet: High Performance Engineering Plastics

POM sheet, made from polyoxymethylene resin, are high - performance plastics. They offer outstanding mechanical properties. With tensile strength of 60 - 75 MPa and bending strength around 90 - 110 MPa, they're suitable for load - bearing tasks. Their low friction coefficient reduces wear, and they resist many chemicals.

These rods are wear - resistant, easy to machine with CNC techniques, and maintain dimensional stability. They also help reduce noise in mechanical systems. Cost - effective, they balance performance and price well.

In applications, POM sheet are used in mechanical engineering for gears and bearings, in the automotive industry for door handles and window regulators, in electronics for connectors, and in medical devices due to biocompatibility.
