SKYSIL SS-314 SIO2 POWDER FOR LEATHER COATING

SS-314 silica matting agent is designed for the leather coating. This product has an optimized oil absorption range of 240-300g/100g, which

ensures excellent matting effect while perfectly balancing the rheological properties of the coating system.

1. Precisely controlled oil absorption performance

- The oil absorption value design of 240-300g/100g enables the product to provide excellent matting effect in leather coatings without excessively

increasing the viscosity of the system.

- The specially optimized oil absorption range can reduce the sagging phenomenon during coating application and improve the coating uniformity.

2. The unique value of organic wax surface treatment

- Surface organic wax modification significantly improves the compatibility with resin and avoids the problem of "whitening" of coating.

- Reduce surface polarity, reduce interaction with other components in the coating, and improve storage stability.

- Give leather coating a smoother touch and improve the quality of the final product.
