2M Width Aluminum Composite Panel sheets are made up of two panels of thin and flat aluminium that are attached to a non-aluminium center. When it comes to architectural design, few materials offer the versatility, durability, and aesthetic appeal quite like Aluminium Composite Panels (ACPs). Often celebrated for their sleek appearance and structural integrity, Customized Width ACP s are a staple in modern construction. You are likely to counter ACPs several times a day without even realizing it. With the ACP market slated to grow at a rate of over 6% CAGR by 2028, it is evident that their importance is growing in both interior home designs and exterior cladding.

The Core

At the heart of Extra-Width ACP lies its core, typically composed of a non-toxic polyethylene (PE) or fire-resistant mineral core. The core is the foundation of the panels providing structural support, adding strength and stability to the aluminium composite panel. Much like the foundation of a strong relationship, the core of ACP forms the basis upon which the rest of the panel is built. The core of the panel ensures it remains steadfast in the face of external pressures, such as wind, rain and impact.

The core may belong to any of the three general categories:

1. PE cores – these cores are made of 100% polyethylene(PE) and are flammable.

2. FR cores – these cores are made up of a composite material containing 70%-90% of mineral wool/rock fiber/rock wool, which are non-combustible and act as a fire retardant.

3. Aluminium forests – these are either made of the aluminium honeycomb structure or solid aluminium.

With different paints and coatings ACPs are also developed:

1. PE/FR Constructional/Architectural Panel sheets coated with PVDF resin,( 68279762,XT/ High Durable) polyester paint.

2. Panel sheets coated with Nano PVDF

3. Digital Printing/Signage Panel sheets coated with FEVE resin or high-quality polyester.
