The oil replenishment pump is usually used in scenarios where the system pressure is low, the leakage is large, or the medium needs to be continuously replenished.

Function of the make-up pump

Replenish system leakage: In hydraulic and lubrication systems, pipes, valves and seals may have small leaks. The make-up pump can automatically replenish the leaked liquid to ensure the pressure balance and normal operation of the system.

Maintain system pressure: In some systems, the main pump may not always maintain a constant pressure, and the make-up pump can provide auxiliary pressure support.

Cooling system water replenishment: In cooling systems (such as industrial cooling towers and power plant cooling circuits), the make-up pump is used to replenish water lost by evaporation and maintain the liquid level of the circulation system stable.

Maintaining stable liquid level: For some liquid storage tank systems, the make-up pump can automatically replenish the liquid in the tank based on the feedback of the liquid level sensor to prevent the liquid level from being too low.
