Sweater Linking Sewing Machine FOXSEW FX-816D

FOXSEW FX-816D Sweater Linking Sewing Machine is suitable for closing seaming sweaters sleeves and sides and other knitwear garments. Maximum speed up to 3500rmp. Machine can sew traditional gauge 3 to gauge 22 fabrics. The tow wheel and round disc dail maintain at 1:1 speed to pull the thread synchronous ensures a perfect alignment of the garments, and its stitch length is from 1-5mm adjustable. The fabric is drawn by the counter-rotating cups and rollers at the same speed. There are two kinds of stitches types including 101 and 401 stitch patterns. Manual or foot controlled uncurling device help to straighten up the rolled border of the garments. The state of the machine can be adjusted automatically according to different object tension and thickness. Needle positioning improved by direct drive servo motor system.
