Detachable cooler grate plates are used for grate coolers, which are installed in cement kiln to cool the cement clinker. The grate cooler is a type of sudden cooling machine. After the clinker enters the cooling machine from the kiln, a certain thickness of material layer is laid on the grate plate. The cold air blown in passes through the moving material layer on the grate bed in a perpendicular direction to each other, allowing the clinker to cool suddenly. It can cool the clinker from 1300-1400 ℃ to below 100 ℃ within a few minutes.

Detachable cooler grate plates are produced by Vacuum process casting technology craft to ensure high dimensional accuracy and surface finish.

Detachable cooler grate plates are heat resistant and abrasion resistant.

Various sizes, types and alloy materials of cooler grate plates can be customized. OEM and ODM are welcome!
