ALlaminate PET using high temperature resistant adhesive ,PET side can be printed , it has higher barrier ,excellent flexible, electromagnetic shielding and bendability.It can be used for New energey and electronic device Application: Lithium Battery Encapsulation: Used in pouch cell packaging (e.g., power batteries), where the Al layer resists electrolyte corrosion, and PET provides mechanical strength.Flexible Circuit Substrates: AL/PET films serve as flexible printed circuit (FPC) bases, combining electromagnetic shielding and bendability (e.g., foldable smartphone internals).Solar Cell Backsheets: Weather-resistant PET laminated with Al reflects UV light, enhancing efficiency Innovative Uses: Low Infrared Emissivity Coatings: Al powder with waterborne polyurethane (WPU) on PET films for military camouflage (emissivity as low as 0.35). Anti-Static Materials: Al-doped zinc oxide (AZO) coatings reduce surface resistivity to 10¹⁰Ω/m², ideal for electronics packaging and cleanroom garments. EMI Shielding Films: PET with sputtered Al layers (≤100nm) achieves >30dB shielding (meets 5G device requirements).
