PRODUCT FEATURES

Space saving: The installation space is reduced by 100%, the machine has a small body and a pre-installed GWS gas-water separator and 3 GHS series high-performance filters at the rear, so users do not need to install them additionally;

Cost saving: The HHL model does not require the installation of cumbersome air ducts on site, and can be used after the correct connection of the inlet/outlet, and the pipeline gas leakage is ≈0;

High efficiency and energy saving: The self-developed composite heat exchanger has a heat exchange efficiency of about 3% higher than the general plate exchange on the market, and is about 15%~30% higher than the traditional shell and tube heat exchanger;

Extremely stable: standard energy regulating valve, pressure dew point Stable and accurate, no ice blockage in low temperature environment;

Environmentally friendly and clean: In response to the Montreal Protocol, the refrigerant uses R134A, R407C, and R410A, which are environmentally friendly and efficient. Aluminum alloy plate exchange + 3-level high-performance filter can meet more than 85% of customer gas needs;

AO-level high-efficiency filter removes dust particles larger than 1μm, water mist and oil mist, and the residual content of oil mist does not exceed 0.6mg/m³ (21℃), 1ppm (w)

AA-level high-efficiency oil removal filter removes dust particles larger than 0.01μm, water mist and oil mist, and the residual content of oil mist does not exceed 0.01mg/m³ (21℃).

AX-level ultra-high-efficiency filter removes dust particles larger than 0.01μm, water mist and oil mist, and the residual content of oil mist does not exceed 0.001mg/m³ (21℃).

Water separator can remove 99% liquid water from compressed air system.

Integrated flow channel design, pressure drop ≤ 0.5 bar (traditional split system pressure drop ≥ 0.8 bar)
