1. Introduction

Shengda glass fiber filter elements are critical components in hydraulic and fluid filtration, renowned for their high-precision filtration, chemical resistance, and long service life across industrial applications.

2.Technical Features

Filter Media & Rating

Constructed with premium glass fiber (e.g., BN4HC, BH4HC), offering filtration accuracies from 3μm to 25μm, with some models achieving 1μm. This effectively captures fine particles, colloids, and metal powders.

Pleated design increases filtration area and dirt-holding capacity

Construction & Pressure Rating

Housing complies with international standards, featuring a bonnet and screw-in bowl for robust pressure resistance. High-pressure models withstand up to 210 bar.

Seals made of FPM or NBR ensure compatibility with diverse hydraulic media, including mineral oils, phosphate esters, and emulsions.

Operating Conditions

Temperature range: -30°C to 110°C (some models up to 120°C).

Maximum allowable differential pressure: 20 bar (BN4HC), with high-pressure models reaching 50 MPa.
