Slot Screen Basket for Pressure Screen Paper Making

Feature of screen basket :

1. High screening efficiency: Due to the high pressure, the pulp enters the screen mesh tangentially, so under the centrifugal force, the pulp has already separated the fibers and coarse impurities before entering the screen drum. Qualified fibers quickly pass through the screen basket due to the pressure difference between the pulp inlet and outlet.

2. Long service life of the screen basket: After the pulp enters the pressure screen, the centrifugal force separates the heavy impurities from the pulp, reducing the impact and wear of impurities on the rotor and screen basket, thus prolonging the service life of the screen basket.

3. No clogging during screening: The pulp is evenly screened from top to bottom without thickening, and the impurities are far away from the screen basket, making it less prone to clogging.

Treatment Of Slot Screen Basket:

1. Polishing: electrolytic polishing for avoid hanging pulp.

2. Chrome: thickness with 0.1-0.2mm or as customer request, chrome coating extend the lifetime of screen basket.
