Micro porous ceramic filter plates have corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, high mechanical strength, no harmful substances leaching, no secondary pollution, no deformation of micro pores under fluid pressure, easy cleaning and regeneration, long service life, and can replace filter materials such as cotton cloth, silk fabric, plastic, metal mesh, asbestos wool, etc. They are widely used in the environmental protection "three wastes" treatment of industrial enterprises such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, thermoelectric, cement, medicine, papermaking, etc., including solid-liquid separation, gas-liquid separation, powder conveying, oil-water separation, brewing industry separation, air filtration, circulating water filtration and other devices. They are particularly suitable for filtering boiler dust removal wastewater and slag flushing water. The new process of sedimentation+microporous ceramic filtration is innovative in design, simple in construction, and economically practical. More than 150 small and medium-sized power plant boilers and industrial boilers have been treated using this process. The removal rate of dust removal and slag flushing wastewater and suspended solids in domestic boilers has reached 91-97% or more, and the COD removal rate has reached 89-95% or more. The concentration of suspended solids at the outlet is generally around 10-50mg, and the water quality is clear and transparent, all of which meet the first level discharge standard, achieving closed-loop recycling and zero emissions.
