Each board is fed smoothly onto the infeed conveyor, aligned precisely for consistent processing. As the boards move forward, the FL-5545TBH automatically detects their position and wraps them in shrink film with clean, durable seals along the side and ends. Its intermittent motion allows for precise control, ensuring every long, narrow product is securely sealed without skewing or misalignment. Once sealed, the boards are conveyed into the SM-5030LX shrink tunnel. Inside the tunnel, controlled heat evenly shrinks the film around each board, tightly conforming to the product's shape while maintaining its structural integrity.
