Valve forging is a valve body made by forging process, which is widely used in high pressure, high temperature or high strength industrial environment. Compared with cast valve body, forged steel valve has higher strength, better pressure resistance and better mechanical properties, so it is widely used in fields with extremely high requirements for equipment reliability, such as oil, natural gas, chemical industry, electric power and aerospace.

The forging process plastically deforms the metal material at high temperature to make its internal grain structure denser, thereby significantly improving the mechanical properties and fatigue resistance of the material. Therefore, forged valve body performs well under high stress, high corrosion or extreme working conditions, and has become the preferred component in many critical systems.
