Bonding strength is greater than 70MPa

Micro harness test press of coating is good, no subside, the hardness is consistent

1)       Coating Corrosion Resistance

Under standardized salt spray test, no obvious corrosion trace appeared after 240H.

2)       Coating Sealing Property

The coating has great sealing property, passes the dye penetrant inspection.

3)       Coating High Temperature Resistance

The coating has excellent high temperature resistance, the applying temperature of WC-10Co-4Cr series is ≤540℃

GP10CU-42 is a kind of Tungsten carbide thermal spray powder, with the composition of 86% Tungsten carbide+ 10% Cobalt and 4% Chromium, the particle size is 5-15um. The powder shape is spherical due to the manufacturing process of agglomerated and sintered. It is one of HVOF powder which could be applied with both HVOF/HVAF with excellent oxidation resistance, so it is often used for papermaking rolls, gate valve and ball valves.
