Push-Pull Forklift Attachment: Strong pushing and pulling force, adaptable to diverse goods

Push-pull attachments are tools designed to handle goods placed on skid plates, enabling efficient material handling and stacking operations. Their primary role is to improve the efficiency of transporting bagged goods (such as fertilizers, cement, etc.) and boxed goods (such as fabrics, cosmetics, etc.), while reducing costs associated with traditional pallets.

Operating Principle of Push-Pull Attachment

When unitized goods are placed on high-strength, tear-resistant paper or plastic skid plates, the push-pull attachment mounted on a forklift secures the skid plate tightly via a clamping mechanism. The linkage mechanism then retracts, smoothly pulling the skid plate (with goods) onto the forklift’s forks, completing the loading process. Upon reaching the designated location, the fork carriage lowers to an appropriate height, the linkage mechanism extends, and a baffle (connected to the clamping mechanism) pushes the goods off the skid plate. The forklift then moves backward to finish "pushing out" the cargo. This seamless process significantly enhances handling efficiency.

By eliminating the need for traditional pallets, push-pull attachments reduce logistics and packaging costs while minimizing operational safety hazards and accidents.
