PVDF Heat Shrink Tubing

Product Description:

PVDF Heat Shrink Tube is made from irradiation-crosslinked special fluoropolymer PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride). As a thin-walled heat shrink tube, it delivers excellent chemical and physical properties, along with outstanding characteristics including high flame retardancy, high temperature resistance, chemical solvent corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance.

Shrink ratio: 2:1, 3:1
Flame retardancy: VW-1
Transparent tube design for visible inner layer during operation
Excellent toughness, physical properties, chemical resistance and corrosion resistance

Operating Specifications:

Activation Temperature: 155℃
Full Shrink Temperature: 175℃
Operating Temperature Range: -55℃~175℃

Approvals:

Military/Aerospace Standard: Complies with AMS-DTL-23053/18 (established by SAE)
Insulation & Temperature Resistance: Complies with UL224 standard, Class 2 temperature rating (long-term temperature resistance of 175℃)
Electrical & Flame Retardancy: Rated voltage 600V, passes VW-1 vertical flame test (UL certified)

Product Applications:

PVDF Heat Shrink is suitable for automotive, electronics, military, medical equipment, industrial and other fields. It is applied for insulation protection of cables, pull cables and brake lines of automobiles and motorcycles, bicycle brake lines, as well as metal components like scalpels, electrosurgical knives and electrocoagulation knives. It also provides protection for automotive stainless steel cables.
