• Principle: The vacuum pump evacuates the sealed chamber (with a volume of 30 liters) to a negative pressure state. Bubbles in the liquid expand and float due to the reduced air pressure, achieving degassing for liquid materials like resins, adhesives, and coatings.

Precautions

• Anti-liquid Backflow: During liquid degassing, violent bubble overflow may cause liquid backflow. Install check valves or buffer tanks before the pump to prevent damage to the vacuum pump (especially rotary vane pumps, as liquid entry can corrode the pump body).

• Temperature Influence: Some liquids (such as hot-melt adhesives) need heating to reduce viscosity and promote bubble escape, requiring a temperature control device.

• Oil Consumption Maintenance: For oil-lubricated vacuum pumps (e.g., rotary vane pumps), trace water vapor or volatile substances may enter the pump during liquid degassing. Regularly check the oil consumption to avoid oil emulsification and failure.
