3.Is there an option for firmware update or remote parameter configuration (for example, via USB-CAN adapter)?

Yes

4.Is the integrated controller in SG-6010D already configured by default (such as CAN ID, baud rate, control mode)?

Or do we need to set it through software or serial commands (as required by other manufacturers)?

It is already set by default. If you need to modify it, do it through the software.

5.Do you offer output gearboxes with higher rotational speeds?

The motor has a positive and negative power supply connected by a 2-wire cable, and CANH and CANL are also connected by a 2-wire cable, which are finally connected to a Deutsch connector.

8.It is impossible to change "can msg" from the standard format to the extended format. Is there any command that can achieve this?

It cannot be modified. Even with a CAN card, it cannot be modified.
