The particles with different shapes and specifications obtained by various granulating equipment are cut by the high-speed rotating blade combination of the machine, and discharged by the steel plate, then the particles with the same shape and specification can be obtained.After the raw material enters the feeding port of the granulator, it falls into a cylindrical workroom. The rotating rotary knife acts on the raw material, and the particles are thrown to the screen surface by centrifugal force. At the same time, the high-speed rotation of the rotary knife and the screen surface have a shear effect. The particles are crushed into a small granule between the rotary knife and the screen mesh and are discharged through the screen mesh.The distance between the knife and the screen and the speed of the rotary knife can be adjusted.

3. It has good sealing and an external insulation layer, ensuring a safe and constant drying environment that is not affected by the external environment.

4. Dynamic boiling drying. Drying is more uniform.

After granulation, the shape and size of the seed pellets are consistent, with strong fluidity, suitable for different types of mechanized precision sowing: seed weaving machines, plug seedling sowing machines, air suction sowing machines, etc. The precise sowing of one or more seeds per hole has been achieved, saving costs and increasing yields, becoming a new type of scientific and technological application in agriculture!
