1. Overview
The RF filter is a high-efficiency filtration device designed for hydraulic systems, lubrication systems, and industrial fluid purification. Its core function is to remove solid particles, colloids, and moisture from fluids through high-rating filter elements, ensuring system reliability and extending equipment lifespan. The series features a modular design and supports multiple installation methods, making it suitable for heavy industries such as metallurgy, construction machinery, marine, wind power, and papermaking.
2. Key Features
High-Precision Filtration
Filter elements are available in glass fiber, metal mesh, or stainless steel sintered felt, with filtration precision ranging from 3μm to 200μm to meet various operating conditions.
Optional water-absorbing or magnetic filter elements enhance fluid cleanliness.
Flexible Structure
Single-barrel, dual-barrel (with online switching), and multi-unit combined designs accommodate flow rates from 10L/min to 10,000L/min.
Supports flange, threaded, or compression-type connections for easy installation.
Monitoring
Integrated differential pressure indicators (visual or electrical signals) provide monitoring of filter element clogging.
Optional bypass valves prevent abnormal system pressure due to filter element blockage.
Durable & Reliable
Housing materials include carbon steel or 304 stainless steel, with pressure ratings from 1.6MPa to 6.4MPa and operating temperature ranges from -30°C to +110°C.
Seals are made of fluororubber or nitrile rubber for excellent aging resistance.
3. Applications
Main circuit filtration in hydraulic systems
Lubricating oil circulation purification
Wind turbine gearbox oil maintenance
Marine hydraulic steering systems
Construction machinery hydraulic stations
4. Maintenance
Regularly inspect the differential pressure indicator and replace filter elements when the pressure differential exceeds the set value.
Avoid using corrosive solvents when cleaning the filter housing to prevent seal damage.
Drain the filter of oil before long-term shutdown to prevent freeze cracking in winter.
