1. Introduction

The FMND series duplex filter is a high-efficiency filtration device designed for hydraulic systems, featuring a duplex structure that enables filter element replacement without system shutdown, ensuring continuous operation.

2. Key features

Structure & Material

The filter body is constructed from carbon steel or 304 stainless steel, operating within a temperature range of -10°C to 100°C and a maximum working pressure of 25MPa.

Filter elements are made of glass fiber and stainless steel mesh, with filtration precision options of 3 to 200 μm to meet varying precision requirements.

3. Functional Features

Duplex Design: Comprises two single-tube filters, a bypass valve, and a changeover valve. When one filter element becomes clogged, the system can switch to the other, avoiding downtime.

High Dirt-Holding Capacity: The filter element adopts a gradient structure, with a dirt-holding capacity of 15–35kg/m³, four times that of conventional sand filters.

Low Pressure Drop & High Flow Rate: Filtration speed reaches 40–60m/h, with flow rates ranging from 400L/min to higher specifications, meeting the demands of large-flow hydraulic systems.

Long Lifespan & Reliability: compliant with international standards such as ISO 2941/ISO 2942/ISO 11170/ISO 16889.

4. Applications

Suitable for hydraulic systems in steel mills, metallurgy, automotive manufacturing, construction machinery, papermaking, shipbuilding, and other industries, particularly for protecting high-precision servo and piston components.

5.Installation & Maintenance

The filter must be vertically installed on the high-pressure pipeline at the oil pump outlet. Connection materials should use synthetic materials or thin-walled aluminum tubes to avoid installation stress.

When replacing filter elements, shut off the fluid supply, release system pressure, and follow standard operating procedures.
