-One solenoid valve for switching between hot and cold oil in the wax circuit.

-One solenoid valve for controlling the flow of chilled water in the cooling cylinder.

-One solenoid valve for switching between hot and cold oil in the cooling cylinder.

2. Key operating parameters, such as pressure and cycle time, can be easily adjusted through the user interface (HMI).

Manual operation, including mode selection and control of the hydraulic and hot oil pumps, is performed via dedicated buttons and selector switches.

-The system collects and executes PLC input/output signals in real time.

-Equipped with a non-contact intermediate relay that accepts 220V AC input and 24V DC output.

-The main power circuit is protected by a residual current circuit breaker.

-Each motor is controlled via an AC contactor and an adjustable thermal overload protector, set according to the motor's rated current.
