1. Fluid Control and Actuation Unit

• The wax circuit system is equipped with a cold/hot oil switching solenoid valve, enabling automatic, high-precision adjustment of the wax liquid temperature.

• The cooling cylinder chilled water circuit is switched on and off by a dedicated solenoid valve, ensuring efficient and uniform cooling of the mold.

• The cooling cylinder hot/cold oil switching is automatically controlled by a solenoid valve, flexibly adapting to the temperature requirements of different processes.

2. Human-Machine Interaction and Operation Control

• Key process parameters such as system pressure and actuation time can be directly set and modified through the human-machine interface (HMI), providing flexible and convenient operation.

• Integrated rocker switches, function buttons, and manual control of the hydraulic pump/thermal oil pump support multiple operating modes, offering intuitive response and reliable stability.

3. Core Electronic Control System Configuration

• Equipped with a contactless intermediate relay with an AC 220V input and a DC 24V output, it offers excellent anti-interference performance and a long service life.

• A PLC is used to centrally process I/O signal acquisition and command output, ensuring high system control accuracy and stable response.
