1.Main fatures and advantages：

1.1 Precise and Efficient Wax Injection Control

Equipped with an intelligent "stepped wax injection" program, the system allows for 3-5 preset pressure and flow curves. When producing large, complex wax models, the system automatically adjusts injection parameters based on the structural characteristics of the mold cavity. For example, when producing a large gear wax model, the system first rapidly fills the cavity to 80% with low pressure to prevent high-speed wax flow from impacting the mold. High pressure is then applied to compact the details, ensuring the molding accuracy of complex areas such as the gear teeth. Finally, a holding pressure is applied to eliminate shrinkage, ensuring a stable dimensional tolerance within ±0.1% for the wax model, far exceeding the industry standard of ±0.3%.

1.2 Efficient Mold Changeover

Traditional equipment typically requires 2-3 hours to change molds. However, this system, with its "C-frame + quick-alignment pin" mold clamping structure, reduces this time to under 30 minutes. The quick-alignment pin design enables quick and precise mold placement, eliminating the need for tedious calibration. This significantly improves the efficiency of changing between multiple large wax models and enhances the company's ability to respond to diverse market demands.
