Butterfly cable protective sleeve

It is composed of transparent heat shrink tubing (outer tube), transparent hot-melt tubing (inner tube) and reinforced stainless steel rods (reinforcing ribs), and is specially designed for FTTH fiber-to-the-home engineering operations. It is a protective component for the splicing of outdoor sheathed optical cables. By using the hot-melt splicing method, all the splicing between the sheathed optical cables or between the sheathed optical cables and the single-core jumpers can be fully fused into the sheath.

Application:

Mainly used for the splicing of sheathed optical fibers in communication products such as optical cable joint boxes, optical cable terminal boxes, ODF boxes, broadband network boxes, optical cable handover boxes, and optical cable distribution boxes.

Feature:

The hot melting temperature is low, the hot melting is fast, and the mechanical strength, temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and aging resistance are greatly improved. It provides a guarantee for the transmission performance of optical fibers

The large-diameter design can protect the splicing points of multiple, multi-core, and hetero-core optical fibers

Ultra-thin hot-melt tubes, saving hot-melt time

The transparent sleeve makes the fiber optic splicing status clear at a glance

The sealing structure enables the connection to have excellent resistance to temperature and humidity

Operating temperature:

Initial shrinkage temperature: 60℃

Final shrinkage temperature: 90℃

Operating temperature: -55℃ to 105℃
