Wastewater evaporators are suitable for treating wastewater of various concentrations, especially for wastewater containing thermosensitive substances, which have significant advantages. Low temperature evaporators are suitable for small and medium-sized wastewater treatment projects, especially in situations where high quality wastewater treatment is required and useful components in the wastewater need to be retained. Fine wastewater treatment in industries such as chemical and pharmaceutical.

Working principle

Steam based low-temperature evaporation concentration: using steam as the heat source, heat is transferred to the material through a plate heat exchanger, and the pressure inside the evaporator is reduced to below -0.098 MPa by a vacuum pump, reducing the boiling point of the material to 30-60 ℃, achieving low-temperature evaporation. Steam releases latent heat in the heating chamber and condenses into liquid water, which can be recycled. The secondary steam generated by the material's heating and evaporation is cooled by the condenser to distilled water, and the concentrated liquid is discharged through the scraper system.

Heat pump low-temperature vacuum distillation: Firstly, the vacuum degree of the processing space is increased to 90% -95% through professional vacuum equipment, which lowers the boiling point of the wastewater and enters the low-temperature distillation stage. Then, heat pump technology is used to heat the wastewater, causing the water in the wastewater to evaporate and form water vapor. After cooling, the water vapor condenses into liquid water, thus achieving effective separation of water and pollutants.

Mechanical vapor recompression (MVR): The secondary steam generated by evaporation is compressed by a compressor to increase its temperature and pressure before being reused as a heat source, achieving the recycling of thermal energy without the need for a large amount of cooling water and significantly reducing operating costs.
