The wastewater evaporator is a very important part of the four major components of refrigeration. Low temperature condensed liquid exchanges heat with the outside air through an evaporator, absorbs heat through evaporation, and achieves the effect of refrigeration. The evaporator is mainly composed of two parts: the heating chamber and the evaporation chamber. The heating chamber provides the heat required for evaporation, promoting the boiling and evaporation of the liquid; The evaporation chamber completely separates the gas and liquid phases.

Sources and characteristics of electrophoretic coating wastewater

Electrophoretic coating is a process that uses an external electric field to deposit charged coating particles (resin, pigment, etc.) on the surface of a workpiece to form a film. The wastewater mainly comes from the following steps:

Electrophoretic tank cleaning wastewater: wastewater generated from washing residual paint solution after workpiece electrophoresis, containing high concentration electrophoretic paint (resin, pigment) and solvents (such as ethylene glycol ether);

Ultrafiltration system drainage: The concentrated water generated during the filtration of electrophoresis tank solution by ultrafiltration membrane contains low concentration paint and small molecule organic matter;

Ground/equipment flushing wastewater: generated from the cleaning of workshop floors and painting equipment, containing a small amount of paint residue, acid and alkali, and surfactants;

Waste water from the electrophoresis tank: generated during the aging and replacement of the electrophoresis tank, with extremely high concentrations of pollutants (COD can reach 10000-50000mg/L).
