Performance advantage

1. Raw materials and basic properties: Made of imported brand-new polyether particles, it is tear-resistant, high-pressure resistant, oil-resistant, weather-resistant, corrosion-resistant, highly elastic and strong, non-toxic, odorless, environmentally friendly, hydrolyzable, and weighs less than 40% of PVC, silicone, and rubber.
2. Oxygen utilization and energy conservation: The oxygen utilization rate exceeds 40% (affected by water depth and other conditions, the actual rate of conventional sewage tanks is about 30%), the resistance loss is less than 3000pa, which is more energy-efficient than EPDM and silica gel aeration.  It has a wide aeration range (1-18 Nm-2/h · m), fine and uniform bubbles, and a high oxygen transfer rate.
3. Durability and maintenance: The diaphragm is free of softeners, tear-resistant and wear-resistant (mechanical strength is 2.5 to 4 times that of EPDM and silicone), resistant to microbial hydrolysis, oil, water, and mold, with excellent chemical properties, free of softeners and halogens, and renewable.  After installation, it can clean up pollution and prevent clogging through venting/inflation, maintain uniform aeration, have a service life of ≥5 years, and support the replacement of damaged pipes without stopping the machine.
