Raw materials and basic properties

• It adopts imported brand-new polyether particles, featuring excellent tear resistance, high pressure resistance, oil resistance, weather resistance, corrosion resistance, flexural resistance, low resistance, anti-aging, acid and alkali resistance, and wear resistance. Super elasticity, high strength, free of plasticizers, non-toxic and odorless, environmentally friendly and resistant to hydrolysis. It weighs less than 40% of PVC, silicone and rubber, and is soft and convenient to use.

Aeration and energy-saving performance

• Although no holes are drilled, as the gas delivery link of the aeration system, when combined with the system, it can achieve an oxygen utilization rate of ≥40% (affected by water depth and other factors, the actual rate for a conventional 5-6 meter sewage tank is about 30%), and the resistance loss is less than 3000pa. Compared with EPDM and silica gel aeration, it is more energy-efficient. It has a wide ventilation range (normal 1-8 Nm-2 /h · m, minimum 1 Nm-2 /h · m, maximum 18 Nm-2 /h · m for large volume flushing), can stably convey gas, help the system obtain more oxygen, and maintain the uniformity of aeration.

Durability and maintenance features

• The diaphragm is free of softeners and has excellent chemical properties. It is resistant to microbial hydrolysis, oil, water, and mold, and has outstanding tear resistance and wear resistance (mechanical strength is 2.5 to 4 times that of EPDM and silicone). It contains no softeners or halogens and is recyclable. After installation, the surface and internal contaminants of the hose can be cleaned by frequent venting and inflation, preventing clogging and having a service life of ≥5 years. Support the replacement of damaged pipes without stopping the vehicle, draining water or supplying gas, reducing the impact on operation and maintenance.
