The core advantage of its Screw Type Compressor lies in its industrial-grade durable design: the combination of cast iron body and carburized alloy rotor has both high strength and anti-fatigue characteristics, which can guarantee a service life of more than 80,000 hours, and is especially suitable for 24-hour continuous high-pressure operation.

The 350 HP Screw Air Compressor equipment has outstanding performance in energy efficiency and reliability: the direct drive transmission efficiency is more than 98%, which is 15% more energy-saving than the variable frequency model; it is equipped with an intelligent interlocking system, real-time monitoring of oil temperature and vibration (accuracy ±1%), and an integrated three-stage filtration system (accuracy 0.01μm), and the output air quality meets the ISO 8573-1 Class 0 standard. Its large flow rate characteristics can meet the needs of centralized gas supply, such as providing power support for metallurgical fume furnace blasting, automobile manufacturing welding/spraying lines, mining drilling equipment, etc., and can also be expanded through multiple machines in parallel to build a stable gas source network for cement plants and other scenarios.
