Vacuum rake dryer is a conductive drying equipment produced, mainly serving industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food. This device adopts a dual heating structure of interlayer and internal stirring, which continuously stirs the material to form a circulating state, and can process powdered, paste like, and slurry like materials. Its vacuum drying characteristics are particularly suitable for hazardous materials such as heat sensitive, easily oxidized, and explosive materials, while supporting organic solvent recovery function。

Working principle

Heating and vacuum environment establishment: Wet raw drug materials are added from the middle of the shell, and a heating medium is introduced into the jacket to indirectly heat the materials. At the same time, start the vacuum pump to achieve the specified vacuum degree inside the dryer, reduce the boiling point of moisture and solvents in the material, and create favorable conditions for the drying process.

Mixing and flipping: After starting the mixing device, the rotating shaft drives the rake teeth to rotate forward and backward. The material moves to both sides with the rake teeth rotating forward, and then converges to the center with the reverse rotation. It moves back and forth in the axial direction, constantly updating the surface in contact with the inner wall of the shell. The material is uniformly heated, and the moisture and solvent in it vaporize into steam.

Steam discharge and drying completion: The vaporized steam is promptly extracted by a vacuum pump to achieve material drying and avoid deterioration of the raw materials due to high temperature, oxidation, and other factors. After the material is dried to the specified humidity requirement, turn off the heating system and vacuum system. After the temperature inside the dryer decreases, open the discharge port and discharge the dried material.
