400nm LED is from UV LED, they have a water clear lens and emit purple coloured light. 504UVC-400 UV LED offer a peak wavelength range from 395nm to 405nm. We use the anti ultraviolet epoxy lens to protect the aging from led chip inside and outside. Applications for these 400nm LEDs include: industrial curing, air purification, medical/biomedical applications, dermatology equipment and hazardous materials testing. 400nm light's wavelength is so close to blue LED color, so it will looks like blue color, but it do have different function with blue LED. Brightness can be reach at 2000-4000mcd when the current up to 20mA.
