Inconel 601 nickel-based alloy is a high-performance alloy material. It has excellent high-temperature corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and excellent hot and cold processing and welding properties. Very good resistance to stress corrosion cracking 601 has a higher creep rupture strength due to the controlled grain size of the carbon content, so 601 is recommended for use in areas above 500°C.
