DIN912 M1.6×3 SUS304 washed white cylindrical head hexagon socket machine screw (knurled) is an extremely compact Mini screw, designed for micro-assemblies with limited space and strict loads. The overall material is A2-70 grade SUS304 with a tensile strength of 700 MPa; the diameter of the knurled cylindrical head is only 3 mm, which can achieve finger pre-positioning in a 2 mm narrow groove, and then use a 0.9 mm hexagonal wrench to complete the final locking. It is a common micro screws solution in sensors and micro pumps.

As a Precision screw, the thread accuracy is 6 g, the head runout is ≤0.02 mm, the surface is electrolytically polished and washed white, and it is rust-proof in salt spray for 96 hours; the pre-coated microcapsule glue can output 4 kN preload force at 0.8 N·m torque, and the residual torque decay after 10⁶ vibrations is <3%, ensuring long-term zero looseness.

After passing ASTM F837 certification, this part can be directly used as Aerospace Micro Screws in key parts such as satellite attitude control modules and drone servos. It weighs less than 0.05 g, but can work stably in an environment of −55 °C~+150 °C and 25 g vibration, providing lightweight and highly reliable ultimate connection guarantee for micro spacecraft.
