Flat head hexagon socket M1.8 SUS304 galvanized UAV flight control board screw is a mini screw designed for high-density electronic compartments. The M1.8 fine thread combined with the flat head can be completely countersunk in a 1 mm thick aluminum-magnesium bracket without interfering with the heat sink or GPS antenna; the zinc coating is color passivated, salt spray 96 h stainless, and weighs only 0.02 g, which is a common micro screw solution in drones.

As a Precision screw, the thread accuracy is 6 g, and the head coaxiality is ≤0.01 mm; the hexagon socket is zero-clearance with a 1.3 mm wrench, and the pre-coated microcapsule glue can provide 40 N preload at 0.15 N·m torque. The residual torque decay is <2% after 10⁶ times of 15 g vibration, ensuring that the flight control board will not loosen for a long time.

After passing ASTM F837 certification, this part can be directly used as Aerospace Micro Screws for small satellite attitude control units and folding-wing UAV main control boards. The operating temperature is −55 °C~+150 °C, providing reliable and durable micro-fastening protection for lightweight spacecraft.
