Plating

Includes galvanizing, chrome plating, nickel plating, and many other types. Zinc plating can effectively prevent parts from rusting, applicable to outdoor equipment parts; chrome plating can improve the surface hardness and wear resistance of parts, commonly used in molds, hydraulic components, etc.; nickel plating can enhance the corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity of the parts, which are widely used in the electronics industry. Polishing

Mechanical polishing and chemical polishing. Sandblasting

Using the impact of high-speed sand flow to clean and roughen the surface of the parts, it can remove the surface of the oxide skin, oil, etc., and at the same time increase the roughness of the surface, which is convenient for the subsequent coating or plating adhesion. It is more common in the processing of automobile parts, mechanical parts, etc., and is sometimes used in conjunction with Sheet Metal Bending.
