TA2 pure titanium hexagonal nut M1.4 is an extremely lightweight micro screw-grade fastener with an outer diameter of only 2.1 mm, a thickness of 1 mm, and a weight of less than 0.02 g. However, it has the ultra-high specific strength and corrosion resistance of pure titanium. It is a common Mini screw solution in micro sensors, medical implants, and satellite payloads.

As a member of the Precision screw family, its thread accuracy reaches 6H, the hexagonal opposite side is 1.9 mm, the surface Ra≤0.1 µm after electrolytic polishing, and it is rust-free in salt spray for 1000 h. The pre-coated microcapsule anaerobic adhesive can provide 3 N locking force at 0.05 N·m, and the torque attenuation is <2% after 10⁶ thermal cycles.

After passing ASTM F837 certification, the nut can directly serve as Aerospace Micro Screws, used for CubeSat camera brackets and drone fuel valves, and can be stably locked in an environment of −55 °C~+300 °C and 25 g vibration, providing the ultimate reliable guarantee for lightweight spacecraft.
