Miniature Slotless M0.6 Copper Screw is an ultra-miniature Mini screw—only 0.6 mm in diameter and available in 1–3 mm lengths. Turned from nickel-plated oxygen-free copper, its smooth shank allows vacuum nozzles to place it in one shot into 0.15 mm PCBs or micro-plastic bosses, offering a micro-screw-level fast-lock solution for high-density PCBs and camera modules.

As a Precision screw, the thread is held to 6 g accuracy and concentricity ≤0.01 mm. After mirror polishing to Ra 0.2 µm and pairing with low-temperature curing conductive adhesive, it delivers 3 N preload at 0.05 N·m torque, retaining <2 % residual torque loss after 10⁶ thermal cycles—guaranteeing long-term loosening resistance and zero metal debris.

ASTM F837-qualified, this copper screw can serve directly as Aerospace Micro Screws in CubeSat payload boards or UAV MEMS brackets. Weighing just 0.002 g, it remains electrically stable from −55 °C to +150 °C under 15 g vibration, providing the ultimate lightweight, high-reliability micro-connection for spacecraft.
