TB819 M2.5*8 Countersunk Cross-Head Screw is an ultra-compact Mini screw engineered for tight spaces that still demand secure locking. Its M2.5 fine thread and 8 mm length allow flush seating in 1 mm-thick aluminum or magnesium housings, while the cross recess mates with a 2 mm electric driver for cycle times under 0.3 s—making it a go-to micro-screw in gimbals and miniature sensors.

Built as a Precision screw, threads meet 6 g tolerance with head run-out ≤0.02 mm. A nickel-plated finish plus sealer withstands 96 h salt spray without corrosion, and micro-encapsulated adhesive delivers 25 N preload at only 0.6 N·m torque, retaining >98 % clamp force after 10⁶ vibration cycles.

ASTM F837-qualified, this fastener can serve directly as Aerospace Micro Screws for drone arms and satellite attitude modules. Weighing just 0.2 g, it stays locked from −55 °C to +150 °C under 20 g vibration, offering lightweight spacecraft a reliable, long-life micro-fastening solution.
