Such steel needs to be marked at a red high temperature of 600 degrees Celsius or higher and then directly quenched or annealed. Otherwise, the hardness after hardening is as high as HRC65 or above, which makes it difficult to use conventional pneumatic Dot Peen Marking Machine or Scribe Machine for marking. At the same time, such steel parts usually need to be cooled naturally after multiple strengthening. Due to the high internal temperature, the use of high-power laser marking will cause the steel strength to change or even crack due to the influence of the hot zone.
